Aloe vera is famous for its soothing and hydrating properties. If you have itching or inflammation on the skin, aloe vera is usually the first remedy you will reach for in hope of relief. This is relevant because aloe vera can be used as a moisturizer for the face and body. It provides healing, balances skin's pH, and rejuvenates the skin.
Green Tea has antioxidants properties, which can reduce the signs of aging, de-stress the body, and it can be used as a facial cleanser. This plant originates from China and now it is used in basically everything; beverage, skincare, makeup, etc. Green Tea can also help you lose weight!
Coconut is a very versatile and multipurpose ingredient that can now be found almost anywhere in the world. It is well-known for its moisturizing bioactive compounds which can treat skin problems like eczema and psoriasis. If you have dry and flaky skin, just apply some coconut oil and you'll be good as new.
4) Tea Tree Oil
Sugar cane has humectant and exfoliating properties, perfect for getting rid of the dead skin cells on your body. Sugar absorbs moisture and binds it to your skin, making it plump and soft. You can use it as an effective exfoliant or scrub, without even worrying about damaging your flawless skin!

organics can sometimes cause the skin to break out. what do you think? i mean yes chemcial-wise, it free but what about hygiene? how long can you keep them?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, this is a fact. Since they doesn't have any preservatives in them, they don't last as long. Average shelf life for organics are about 3 months. So hygiene is very important. Here's a tip; instead of using your hands, try to use spatulas to prevent from bacteria getting in. That might help with the skin breakouts. Another thing to note is that not all organics works for your skin. If the skin keep breaking out, maybe you should look for another ingredient alternative. Fret not, there's a bunch of them out there!
DeleteNice info. P/s: The smell of tea tree oil lasts quite long. Longer than perfumes I think...
ReplyDeleteThat's right! It smells really nice!
Deletethe ingredients at supermarket contain toxic too sometimes as we’re not sure where they come from. for example, the ingredients that come from a place/farm that use chemicals in the harvesting process. What do you think?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, this is true. We as consumers can't even determine where the sources come from most of the time. The companies don't actually broadcast their factory condition or the equipment used in the process of making the products. So there are lots of uncertainties. Let's be careful :)
Deletehow to restore them? since they do not contain preservatives
ReplyDeleteWe recommend storing them in a clean and sun-dried glass container. Try not to use your hands, use spatulas to avoid bacteria from getting in. If you can, try to avoid the plastics. You can use glass containers multiple times, so it helps in reducing the amount of plastics in our world. Hope that helps!
